Has anyone else experienced this?

you leave a server or crash and when you go back to join it says "you cannot play servers cuz of how ur account is set up blah blah blah", but u didnt change any of your settings. The only way to fix it is to log out of xbox live and log back in and its annoying af and has already happened to me today multiple times.

now its happening everytime i crash. it takes forever to load and then
this pops up I NEVER CHANGED MY SETTINGS

im able to join but it happens when i crash basically. any tips on how to fix this?
