Harder to Uncover Hiders

*This in the v1.0 version of server
I was playing Hide and Seek and Whenever i found a hider it took 4 hits to uncover them. The hiders usually got some hits in when i was trying to uncover them which is super annoying when ur low on health. Other version u just had to hit them once.

This occurs to me as well.
I'm pretty sure it's part of the new update.
Hopefully @vertx fixes it, so it's easier to uncover them. ^_^

Actually, I think this is apart of the server cool down vertx was planning to do to make Win 10 and normal players play fairly.This actually has helped a lot, I found it much easier to hit a Windows 10 player yesterday..I understand it bugs you but it's for good.
