Okay so basically I had a diamond rank, but then my friend bought me a gold rank even tho I still had a little more than a month left on my diamond. But now both ranks have disappeared entirely. I don't have any evidence for the gold rank but I do have the order ID stuff for diamond, is this enough to get my rank back?

If I set your diamond rank then it will stay for 90 days and not for how much time you had left.

ooh because the other one recently bought her’s and puff’s didn’t, so the rank expire time would be differentttt.
