Why I want make owner banned him-I want to make banned him cause he is half body Idk it is glitch or not he is said he is custom skin so pls banned him causing his skin thank you

hes good- staff has the last say but as long as the skin is half a body tall (top or bottom) its allowed- thats my understanding.
