I don't think he's Windows10 because of his movements.
The only sketchy hit I found in the video was at 0.25, but that could've just been a delayed hit so I'm not too sure.

Yeah he might have the warrior kit. And you said his hits were pretty accurate. Well maybe he could've just had good aim or hitbox-expander.
