It looks like he's actually building not flying.
Maybe from his perspective the blocks are getting placed perfectly fine, but than for you it looks like he's flying in the air.
Or it could just be lag.

Maybe the blocks just haven't shown well because of the lag,I din't think he's flying..Well then thanks for the report
