For some people who make reports on forums and have a red screw on the top of their screen ( which resembles a hacking app ) should be banned for 1 day because we don’t know if they use the hacking app or not :) @vertx
 
But don’t some people need it to login to BL?

There's a lot of reasons why they might have a “hacking” app. I don’t think everyone that has that on the top of their screen should be banned for it until there's evidence that they actually use it to hack.

Just like what Laura said, some people who use Hacking apps doesn't really use it in a bad way, sometimes it's for launching MCPE or whatever. But if there's more evidence that they use it on a bad manner, they'll automatically be banned.
