you see the "Upload a file" Button?You tap on it and It will get you to a small menu where you choose to upload it
(It will give you an option on which to choose )

after wards , you can choose any screenshot (of course since you're reporting a player you need to take a clear shot of the player breaking the rules with their Name tag)
