Hacker or "Special" Kit?

This player has full diamond gear, flies, and has tons of enchanted golden apples. They killed everyone during the death match but I managed to run around them without dieing until the game ended. I've heard of some kind of kit you buy with real money that gives you this stuff, but I dont know if it's real or not.
