Hacker on Survival Minigame

This guy has a full diamond armor and enchanted golden apple and can walk through the walls and he can also fly! He is unkillable! I would like this guy to be IP-BAN so he cannot join and hack to ruin the server, that is very unfair to use hacks to win. Players are having fun on the server and some hacker ruining the fun is very annoying, especially those innocent players.
