We cannot actually prove he is hacking from this screenshot. he has admitted but that's not really enough proof as people say things like that just to get noticed sometimes. if you are able to get proof of him using his hacks let me or another moderator know.

Zee uses a VPN to avoid IP bans. He is a proven hacker and has admitted it several times, but if I ban him he would simply rejoin with a different username...

I think we need to talk to @vertx about making a way to ban an user even when using VPN but I don't think that's possible.

It's not possible cause for VPN, it's a private network (I don't need to explain since you probably know already) and practically you can't access it at all with any sort of ban command.
