Hacker in Murder Mystery

IGN:*****_♥♥♥♥00000 (I'm assuming the first part is censored, but that's what it said.)
Offense:This player (whom already has a inappropriate name) was flying around on maps such as Clue and Mansion, invisible, with a enchanted bow. He would shot players with this bow, causing them to catch on fire, and would continue to do this until they died. When he/she killed me, I went into spectator mode, and it said this player was a innocent both times.

Image of me burning after being shot, with several of his/her arrows in the background.

Image of me dead, after being shot/burned to death, with the bow and several arrows.

He/She was causing a lot of trouble, so if you do something, it would be appreciated

(BTW the first picture was taken at 7:57 PM EST today)
