Sorry I was stuck in the glitch of being in the void. I have already reports the same guy twice before with slightly different usernames. You can see in the screenshot he had a golden Apple. I was on call with my friend and she also told me he had a golden hoe. He also had the same skin on as past accounts. Not sure if this is enough evidence.
