Hacker at the same time he is 'ADMIN'

I just can't believe this dude saying he's an 'ADMIN' I don't have a pic of him flying cauz he keeps teleporting to other players islands at Tsw but i have a pic of him saying he's the 'ADMIN' and player saying that he should get banned because he keeps hacking (teleport)
Wait is he really an 'ADMIN'? ._.

These 'chats' of him saying his an admin were type-d at a different game because i thought i could get a screenshot of him flying but i just saw him teleporting I don't know if he's really an 'ADMIN' is he?
