Hacker Accusations

Hello, I am sure that some of you have also been having this problem of being accused as a Hacker, recently my internet has been acting up, due to living in a very rainy country i recieve problems with my internet. But what bugs me the most is that i'm being accused of being a hacker for lagging during games, mostly on Block party, where i seem to lag in the air and float for a bit before landing unto blocks, [well thats what other people see.]
I have been reported many times until i was banned!, i've lost my friend list and the levels that i worked hard on!. It has made me extremely unhappy. So if any body, any mod that can help me stop being bullied or accused of doing absolutely nothing wrong, i would be greatful. Please, i dont wanna be banned again..
But one player that seems to get on my nerves is a person named ANIME_YT_1111, i think thats what hes named, and he has been accusing me of being a hacker, and seems to tell everyone that he meets about me being a hacker, and has the nerve to make lies about me of calling him a Donkey (which i didn't).

Well ban appeals do need you to show what you see when you try logging in so yeah
any other people playing on your wifi?
