So I was on OITC,and I found a hacker with speed,he was also able to jump really high,I couldn't get a screenshot because he was so fast,but he admitted to me on Lobby,I know this isn't much proof,but I wasn't able to get him.

He was really fast. He had already been banned but changed his ip
