Guys , who know create a party ?

Yes, it is possible. Like the message above this one, if the party leader is not a premium member, it means someone with a premium rank promoted them. I do this for my friends as well if they want to have a party but none of them has a rank. Here’s how:
1. If a ranked player is kind enough (I suggest asking a friend with a rank, since they are more likely to do so for you), ask them if they can create a party for you
2. The ranked player/creator of the party will invite you to the party. Please ask them to invite whoever you want, because non-ranked party leaders can only teleport players into the game with them, disband the party, and promote another player. Not invite because that privilege is only for premium players
3. Once everyone you want to party with has joined the party, the premium player (the one asked to create and invite ppl to the party) can /party promote (name of person you want to be the leader) to be the leader, then the premium ranked player can leave the party and the players in the party can now go play!

U can do /promote and that person will be the leader but you need premium members to make it for u first
