Before we even start, no it's not me who got banned or anything like that, but this is usual title of threads we see around forums. Including ban appeals in wrong sections.

What guide is this and why I make this?
This is guide for those who got banned 'for no reason' and for those who's Ban Appeal was denied. I didn't find any guide about this, so I thought this would help some people out.

ACTUAL GUIDE
First, lets start from that what your "ban screen" says
With ban screen I mean that screen, when you log in to server and it says "This account is permanently banned from our services"
This screen also tells you the reason why you are banned, how long your ban is.
•Banned by Staff
Usually, when Staff bans you there is clear reason for this. Either you have done verbal abuse, hacked or teamed in solo games. If you have done so, you needs to wait your bans to be over. Ban Appeal will again be denied, because you have broken rules and it is your judgment.
If your are perm banned by verbal abuse (what is really rare), crying out loud on the forums doesn't help a bit to get unbanned. Just act properly, wait and think why you are banned by verbal abuse.
Ban Appeal Messages and Questions of Bans
Many people complains out why Ban Appeal answers are not telling clearly why you was denied or what caused your ban. Here I answer to few questions you may have of them.
If you are lagging, it can cause 'false fly' or something similar what can be seen as hacking, but you won't be banned by these.
Usually, when your connection is bad and you fly or do something that's not "allowed" because of lag
People usually forgets Ban Appeals are not for people who feels guilty of what they have done. As I stated above, do Ban Appeal only when you are sure your client is clean, you haven't used verbal abuse nor haven't broken any rule BrokenLens have.
