I did /login, wrote my username and my new password but its showing that my account's password is reset. what am I doing now?

Is there any chance for a few screenshots? I am really confused... I am really sorry... I did /switch, wrote my username and the new password but its still showing that my account's password is reset

I think I know why I cant log in trying a new password... I think that the hacker keeps logging in with my old password because today it showed me "your account is already registered and thats not the right password"

@ssunsett Ive thought about 2 things to do about this situation (you dont have to accept any but I would really appreciate it if you will accept one of those)
1. Is there any chance you have a texting app so I can tell you the password I want it to be and you will confirm it by yourself?
2. If you cant do the first one so is there any chance to ban me? I have some reasons why: * I wont be online that much because I have my studies. * I cant really change my password because I have no idea how to do it so I believe that the best way for now that the hacker wont use my account is just to ban me so the hacker wont have the ability to use my brokenlens account. * I wont be online for a really long time and im pretty sure the hacker wont stay online for a really long time only for my account
