Got Banned Permanently for no reason or a change of mind?

Yes, i got banned in the early December for only 30 days and yeah today is middle January so i guess I'm unbanned? But when i joined the server. It said permanently banned? Is this a change of mind for the admins?

All hacking bans are permanent it’s just some staff can only ban a certain amount of days.
For your case I banned you and I can only do a max of 30 days because I’m a trial so I had to get a higher up to change it for me which is why it might not have changed for a few days

So you guys really believe the person who accused me as hacking even tho i play on pc vs mobile? I played on the server for almost 3 years, and got accused for hacking and got permanently banned in 1 day?
