I noticed i was banned for 29 days, 23 hours and 1 minute on midnight

Why I got banned, why we should unban you?
Story :
Ok my title could seem a little confusing, here is the story.
2 days ago, i got mute for 3 days, because on a party, i said the one word on my sentence "sh**" and penquin was here playing on the same MM party as me so he mute me.
On discord, i asked to @SoftwareSlicer if it was normal for just one word, that the modo can mute me, he explain yes so got it and no more word from me about that.
Since i restarted to play on brokenlens one week ago, i saw again that there is so many hacker on the server, all we can do is report, but again, i found the report system really bad.
We can only report a same player one time, but the problem is that when no modo came, the cheater can still playing on the other next match, keeping doing chaos, so I always got really mad about why no one come to ban him and i started to wonder is the report i made a while ago still remain and i thought that we should being able to report a second time.
So recently i got reaaaally mad about it, about how we can't do anything about it,
And i understand PERFECTLY that modo can't be here all the time because of time zone, but i started to saw that there is some modo being here but playing, and that why i got mad, i had the idea that most of them only ban the player that they meet on their own match and i know that they're doing their job well, but i think that they should take more importance to other match on the brokenlens server because we need them, instead of playing.
That messed up, I know that you are going to tell me that they have the right to play, but that messed up, the brokenserver need modo to clean the server, if you tell me again that they all can't be here at the same time, then that mean that we don't have enough modo and we're limited. That why i got mad about modo taking their time to play knowing that there isn't enough modo on the server knowing that WE need them the most.
So that what happened, today there was a hacker on skywars, and on recent match, i saw @Penquin playing on skywars too so i know that he was here, when i reported the hacker, on my report i especially begging to penquin to come, no one came until that it was @Voniblynn came here, they asked me "is that how you talk to a modo?"
But i couldn't respond because i was MUTED and then nothing happened, it was only a couple of hours after that i got banned for ONE MONTH.
I don't know exactly who banned me but if it was because of that report (i really don't see other clue),
I think that you can't just ban people for that, for just trying to play normally and having the desire to wash away the bad players by calling the PROPER modo to ban them because only them can do the job.
So i sincerely apologise if i was banned because you thought that i was rude on my report, i am still confuse about my ban but i still feel guilty about pushing modo only for begging them to come so i hope that you're taking my case and thanks for your time.
