You have to go on PlayStore/AppStore and search the app you wanted to Download / Update turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds and turn it off it will continue and continue..

uninstalling the app maybe and redownloading it or you could just stop the download turn off your wifi and then turn it back on with the wifi one it might be similar to airplane mode but you could give these both a try maybe
