Hey guys, I'm leaving brokenlens for a very long time, because um my parents want high grades and they want me to sacrafice my brain and eyes and everything and even my hobbies because 8th grade is hard and 9th will be harder and I need full marks on each exam to pass to high school so I will be giving up my feelings and make my whole life about studying if that's what my parents want me and I need to go to summer classes as well

I'm quitting discord, minecraft, and every single game and hobby that I enjoy because yea it's not like it's tourture or anything no no it's just to "improve my grades"

So goodbye, cya all maybe next year or something, I'll try to visit, it was nice playing with you and knowing you, it was nice playing minecraft, and growibg up on it, but now,
i have to go.

On one hand, This thread had impeccably apt timing. A temporary goodbye from the platform a month and a half before it closed. A lot of us were mostly in the dark with that stuff too with limited insight on what's next.
(If I remember correctly, I was still working on assessing platform feedback, and some PR work up to a week before the platform closed.)
On the other hand, It is good that you were able to conquer your academics and become a gigabrain gamer.

lol true.. i managed to make up some grades i lost last year up to 300+ grades.. now its time for me to show my muscles cuz now im in 9th grade and theres an exam where if i get a high grade i get a certificate to enter high school if not i become a worker in a factory
