Good for staff

Hi!
I thought about a good idea that helps staff.
We all know hackers... when they see a staff member in the game they would just leave match or stop using it to not get ban.
So my idea is to add /nick for staff to have a normal ign that hackers will never know if u r a staff or not.
I hope my idea is useful.
