I'm not sure that's a bug.
It could be your WiFi.
Even though you said you have good wifi, I do too, but I still have glitches like that.
To fix it:
Upgrade to a faster, stronger wifi connection. ( Even though it could be expensive )
Sit closer to your wifi router.
Restart your modem.
Hope that helped
