Gold Rank bugged

alright hey so my friend sadlyinlove purchased a gold rank yesterday, but she doesn't have the exp booster, which is the thing everyone wants to their gold ranks. You staff said, that you cannot add or remove ranks to people, yet you suggested putting her emerald rank back. Oh, and also since when is that a "rule"? Because i was having a look on the threads and i saw this which happened on Saturday; https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/gold-rank-disappeared.109714/ so you can add gold ranks back to low level players and to the high level ones no? That's actually a scam. sadlyinlove didn't ask for anything crazy, but for her gold rank to be added again so as her exp booster would work.. She also asked staff to remove her emerald rank like you did to plat0nic, gxldenndays, cxlvxn, xsvicidxl and more emerald players who bought gold rank.. These players had bought emerald rank and it says it has lifetime exp booster so that's the reason they want their emerald ranks to be REMOVED. IF YOU DON'T WANT EMERALD-RANKED PEOPLE ASKING FOR THEIR RANKS TO BE REMOVED THEN FIX THE EXP BOOSTER COZ THEY PAID $25 FOR THAT.
sadlyinlove wants a refund if you are not going to set again her gold rank to get exp booster.

^^^^this is honestly ridiculous when we buy something you are obligated to deliver it to us and the things it includes (such as the exp booster) i literally paid for nothing this is such a scam you cant do that :/ i didnt get a gold bc i was bored of my emerald but for the damn exp booster which should be working :/ its not our fault that its not working, its yours and you should be trying to fix it and not avoiding it by making stupid rules. If you dont like players getting gold ranks just to level up then dont even include them in it. And that wouldnt even be a thing if the emerald boosters worked as the shop says they do :/ ur not even clarifying that they are broken which is considered a scam and you arent even doing anything about it either cuz it has been that way for years.

The rank was added back because it disappeared I believe, we’re obviously allowed to add / remove ranks, like whenever it disappears or they never receive it, etc.

we were just told by one of the admins sometime ago that we weren’t allowed to mess with the ranks anymore.

yeah i know, but it should be removed and added by you again because it is actually a defective rank and we have staff on this server to fix these kind of problems and not trynna avoid them, or else we wouldn't need staff. staff is not just to ban players but also help them when they face such problems.

The rank has been re-added, can you tone down the negativity a little please?
