Just because the staff haven't replied within 30 minutes doesn't mean you have to retag them. The staff have lives you know? When they come active they will look through the hack reports that staff haven't replied to. Also the admin panel has had some problems recently and staff can't ban or mute recently, I don't know if that has been fixed...
