I haven't encountered this problem before, but mostly when you try to jump up onto land, you can't get up.
It's like there's an invisible block there, but there isn't.
Which kinda sucks for runners (people getting away), especially when they're grounded on a bank.
So obviously what I do is move to a different spot, then all of a sudden I jump up... lol
