Basically, that player is breaking a Permanent block (i.e a block placed by the builders) and replacing it with wool by breaking the permanent block and spamming right click to replace it and hence the original block disappears or is broken.

Thank you- I am not that familiar with the map but I thought it looked like they had broken permanent blocks -the help is appreciated
