if he was active enough to join the giveaway a few hours ago, then obviously he wanted a tt or friends slots for a reason; supposedly if he quit before the giveaway was announced. he will comeback to check the winners

either 1.) the friend most likely have some sort of contact to tell him, since s/he entered for dyingcold or 2.) the friend gets to decide what to do with the prize
