Also if you are upset because hazard didn't say you could use photoshop, hazard also didn't say you could take a picture of a clock, or a building ect. So don't be jealous because you didn't think of it. He wasn't even the only one who used photoshop.

Not exactly. The 3rd winner actually used a different time in this image which is pretty unique and hard to get because of the sky light bugging out.

I'll remember to list that next time. The only reason I never added this is because I didn't think anyone would try to photoshop. The whole idea was for creative images.
