Ghost bug

i know this was reported before but It has happened again and affected my game


Xx__Rubii__xX died. She has the tag of Ghost.
Somehow she is still visible in my game as was able to get the last hit on Minecraftv0804 giving me the win.
Now I would've still won but I would want the kill myself xD

Also Rubii couldn't have been hit
