Getting scratch for no reason

i was sleeping In my bed room and the next day I touched my neck because it was burning And I felt two lines I told my sisters to look at it and there was 2 scratches I checked for any sharp thing in my bed there was none ._.

Why would I scratch my neck that much that I would be able to see it for 1 hour and when I scratch my neck it's up and down not left to right
