When i was playing on the brokenlens server i saw pets in the waiting room without their owner.
What are the gems i can get upon winning a match? And what use they have.

What are the gems i can get upon winning a match? And what use they have.

Those are the non-active staff pets. They are just there for fun I guess.

As for gems, you can get Red, Yellow, Blue, or Green gems. They are used to get free buffs (2x Exp/Coins) and to get free effects from the Cosmetic Shop.

Pets without their owner may be one of the staff's pets. You can get gems by winning matches, I think winning solo gets a gem with greater value. Gems can be used at the gem box or whatever it's called to obtain prizes

blue gems give u pets (sometimes)
and i think yellow is walking particles and green is staff effects

I don't think so. Once you're a crew leader, you will always have to remain the crew leader I believe. You could suggest this idea if you want at the suggestions tab.
