Gamemode Creative and Fly Hacker?

This fly hacker was saying he was admin while flying around with full diamond armor and sword. Eliminating players everywhere and saying he couldn't see me when we were the last 2. He accidentally fell to his death with an abrupt falling to his demise when the server couldn't pick up if he was using /fly or hacking. So it emitted fall damage to when he would gracefully land on something. Please take care of this immediately.
