I Had Just Recently Killed Him When He Had 13 Kills, and When I Was Fighting Him And He Was Almost Dead He Stopped For A Second And Gained More Health, And A Potion Effect

When you get a killstreak of 7 you get the regeneration effect which sometimes and sometimes dont come up with potion bubbles like the person in the picture has(pink means regeneration).
So I doubt its enough proof.
But lets wait for the staffs decision I would say.

It's regeneration, and that's the potion bubbles for regeneration. Do you have proof of what happened?
