Let's play a game

The rules are simple:

The game starts with someone presenting a What if? scenario. The next person has to reply with their answer and a new What if? scenario.
Variations include leaving the question open-ended with any answer possible, or giving multiple choice answers and forcing the next person to choose from one of those.
