Off-Topic and spam are two totally unrelated things. Off-Topic is thing unrelated to BrokenLens people could actually sort of interact with. Spam are Off-Topic topics that are so unrelated and not interactive that no one actually cares about. (Some people might care about the fur suits but I think the majority of all the members here don't really care)
