Ok, so this fact isn't exactly "fun", but there is such thing as a rollercoaster designed purposely to euthanize people with uncure-able diseases. It spins around so fast that their brains lose blood and they black out to never wake up. It sounds morbid, but it's actually painless. However it is only in blueprint form, and has not been built yet.
