Bug: Even thought my friends are online my FRM doesn't work, I can't message them

This has been happening in every server even PVT doesn't work when the player is right there.

It seems like you can't contact people with /frm unless there in the sameness room as you (loony room, game room, hub, etc.)

I am pretty sure that the commands work, but the server is glitched and won't recognize that the players are online. So I don't think the commands are glitched but the servers are

I've used the command to reach one person after the update (ssunsett) so it isn't that. Just something with the servers
