Friends can’t add me

so recently my friends have been saying ‘oh it says this user isn’t enabled for friends’ or something like that, and just so you know I’ve enabled people to send friend requests (and made sure just before). It’s only started happening recently but I can still add others? Anyone know how to fix it so people can add me??

have u tried doing:
-/friend on
-checked the light blue dye to see if you have Friend Invites on?
