Hi nighter, I'm sorry to tell you this, but I don't think there is anything I can do. We need to hear from the person who was banned so they can tell us their appeal. If the are not able to make an appeal, That is completely fine, just tell them to wait out the ban because it is only 21 hours at this point. Thank you for reading and I hope you understand.
