Guys If a friend can't receive a messenger or can't reply or can't see our messenger what I do???
 
By /tell /pvt? Or by friend as in /grm and /frm?

Same. If it is a friend that can’t see the message, it means they removed/added you to their ignore list. It would still show them online, but not sending any messages (or alerts if ya have a rank)
If by /pvt or /tell, probably means they disabled it so they don’t want private messages from anyone.
