I think these two people are the only ones who can permanently ban ._. It might've been one of them.
If it was a permanent ban, it might've been because your friend was hacking.

He should be adding it soon though. So yes, Roleplaying is allowed, so if Dark banned many players for Roleplaying, he must unban them.
