This took a while for me to report as a result of being busy outside of the forums.
Hopefully this isn't a duplicate of another report although that's difficult to determine.

Reason: He was clearly flying around the map and hitting people from 6 or 7 blocks away.

Evidence:
The hacker actually battles me at 1:45 although people were growing more suspicious of his actions before that time point. I also added captions in the video for sake of clarity.
Hopefully this evidence is sufficient as I didn't go into spectator mode or anything afterwards.
