In the forums, you can find members or people you follow by looking at the "Members Online Now".
How about if you add "Staffs Online Now"? this can help members (especially new members) if they need a staff. Especially Helpers and Builders since their names are not colored.

It's not like if you tell him to add something he will add it
before adding an idea it needs to get accepted and then added!
