Hi there!
So recently something happend to my minecraft. My minecraft had to clear it's data, including all my servers. When I added the broken lens server, I realised everything was new. When I went to chat, I couldn't because I forgot my password. Is there a way I can get it back? Thank you!
 
Well,only way is to reset your password,and @Plushtrap_123,or @WarriorGirl3333,but first,can you show us proof you own the account?Do you have any screenshots of anything of you before when you were logged in?If you don't then I'll leave it to Plush or Warrior.

If you don't have a screenshot with proof there's not much they can do

there is a photo that I typed in the chat and it said level 1. I don't think I'm that level anymore though. Here it is. I hope this is ok, I had alot of friends. But I think one of them got banned...
