It's .com though because I have a Gmail account and I have never done .net log into your email account and the pw reset should be there.
I also think only admins can do anything with forum accounts so @WarriorGirl3333 @edwjusti

Click the "Reset Password" button in the pop-up box and then check your inbox and if it's not there, try to check your spam folder.
