Me and sandy are good friends but i have no idea if he is signed into xbox live xD if you really can't remember, Click "forgot password" when trying to sign into xbox live and they will send your email a code to type in to reset your password i have done this multiple times because i have a horrible memory xD

do u no what number/email u used for ur xbox acc bc when u do the i forgot my password thing it will send a code to u
or just make a new xbox acc and do /switch

I know my password and everything for my Xbox live account. It's just that when I go into Brokenlens and try to switch to my regular account it asks me for the password for my regular account which is the password that I forgot so I'm trying to get it reset so that I can log into that account instead of my Xbox live account

I think that sometimes the skin can be used as proof (could be wrong though). If it is, if you show a picture of your Minecraft home screen, showing the skin you've been using on the server, that would help.
