Please leave the staff member to deal with this user. I know but it is still the only way we can see if the user used to have the account.

In this case you will have to create a new username. Please choose a new name for example JoshuaM2017 or something that does not match the current username.

Changing my username is not possible it's grayed out in settings. I cannot change it.

If you go onto the server type /logout and you will get kicked. Then type /login and you can choose any username you want.
